Born from the belief that the body already knows the way, Birthright came to 1DS as a seed of an idea: a line of hormone-supportive, prenatal, and postnatal supplements that needed a brand system to honor its depth.

The challenge? Create something that stood apart from sterile, clinical wellness on one side, and soft, overly-curated femininity on the other. This brand needed to feel grounded, intelligent, and completely its own.

The Approach

Designed to return. Not repeat.

Birthright didn’t need over-explaining. The story made sense: a return to the body, the earth, and the rhythms that have always guided us. We translated that clarity into a unique brand system rich with symbolism: fruit and berries to signal fertility and nourishment, dragonflies to mark transition and change, leaves to reflect growth and seasonality. From it came a brand layered with meaning and unmistakable presence.

The Execution

Architect the Signal

Every element was crafted with care. All illustrations, symbols, and textures, hand-drawn, informed by nature’s own language, then translated digitally to carry the brand’s essence forward. The system was designed to feel like it belonged to the earth. And now, it lives effortlessly online.

Build the Experience

The website became a continuation of that signal. Vision-led, softly paced, and anchored in scroll-triggered fade-ins that allowed each section to land with presence. Product and philosophy were given equal weight, letting education and commerce unfold side by side. Purposefully inviting pause. Drawing users into the brand’s rhythm and gently back into their own.

We rooted Birthright in meaning, not marketing, from the start. The brand blossomed into a quiet expression of what modern women actually want: a brand that feels lived-in, trustworthy, and quietly powerful in all the ways that matter. When Birthright went to market, it held its own beside legacy brands – by offering women something more intentional, more human, and more unmistakably them.
